Courtney has decades of Ultimate experience in North Carolina. He brings a strategy that allows players to excel while playing and exciting brand of Ultimate. As a youth, he twice played at Junior Worlds with the US National team. He has participated in multiple Nationals with both the East Carolina Irates and Masters team Ra. Dellinger is married with two children and is Managing Partner of Carolina Architectural Precast in Charlotte.
Fox was a player on the 2015 Express roster where he threw the historic first score in franchise history. His decorated Ultimate career began in 1980. Prior to his season in the AUDL he played on various Charlotte Open, Mixed and Masters teams and won two World Championships with Team USA in the 1990s. In addition to his player experience, his Ultimate resume includes coaching Juniors, College, Open and Mixed teams. Off the field, he is a teacher at Charlotte Latin and an amateur stand-up comedian.
Stiles’ coaching career began 19 years ago with the University of New Hampshire Sailing Team, a position that led him to coach collegiate and Olympic sailors at Cornell and the San Francisco Yacht Club. Stiles was an internationally ranked adventure racer that traveled around the world competing in multi-day events before turning his focus to Ultimate. He has played in Canada and the US with Open, Mixed and Masters teams. Stiles is a freelance writer and film editor, which allows him time to coach ultra-cyclists, sailors and the Cuthbertson High School Ultimate Team.
Strength and Conditioning Coach
Harris focuses on player strength, conditioning and wellness. She is an accomplished Ultimate player and certified Strength and Conditioning Specialist, Personal Trainer and Nutrition Specialist. Harris has coached and performed speed, agility and strength clinics at the youth, high school, and collegiate levels. She is the founder of WellLife Consulting, LLC, a wellness and coaching business.
